1. Items Purchased From the Store (Clothing & Accessories)

Overview

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. All returns are handled in line with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return Window (14 Days)

For online purchases, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel or return it.
This 14-day “cooling-off period” is a legal right for UK consumers.

Once you notify us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under the cooling-off period:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition

  • Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items (as permitted under UK law)

Some product types are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Perishable goods

  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance / final-sale items

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@gxmdriversclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  4. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for goods lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • In line with UK law, refunds include the cost of standard delivery (if paid originally).

  • Upgraded shipping costs (e.g. express delivery) are not refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please start by requesting a return. Once the refund is processed, you may place a new order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After this, the order may already be processing or shipped, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
